At Hellogorgeous2u, we want you to love what you wear and feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty and skincare products

  • Makeup products

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories (unless damaged)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hellogorgeous2u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
